From managed intake to a reviewable shortlist.
Here is how an enabled workflow processes eligible candidates — and where your recruiters retain control.
The job becomes a rubric
A campaign starts with your job. Recruiting Buddy breaks it into the things that actually decide fit — must-haves, preferred qualifications, required skills, and experience — plus your interview topics and calling rules.
Candidates flow in
Resume upload, CSV, and manual entry are built in. Forwarded email and browser capture need managed setup. Native ATS or API work is assessed separately and is not a universal live integration.
Readable resumes are analyzed and ranked
Each successfully imported, readable resume is analyzed against the configured role. Completed analyses receive a 0–100 score and written rationale; candidates without a usable resume remain visible rather than being presented as scored.
You set the engagement rules
Recruiting Buddy supports job-specific rules: queue all eligible applicants, use a score threshold, or select the top of the ranking. Consent, phone validity, calling windows, account status, and capacity still apply.
The configured interview runs inside its safety gates
The customer-named AI agent calls eligible candidates inside the campaign window and follows the configured interview topics. Retry, voicemail, and callback behavior remains bounded by campaign rules, provider responses, and the dispatcher cadence.
Recruiters review and act
Completed screens land in the dashboard with the artifacts the provider and scoring pipeline returned: outcomes, transcript, audio, scores, key moments, and recommendation. Failed or incomplete attempts remain classified for review.
What the platform handles. What your recruiters own.
Recruiting Buddy doesn’t replace your recruiters — it clears the work that keeps them from interviewing, placing, and closing.
